How to cancel a subscription?
Once you want to cancel your subscription, please go to your Profile and choose the “Subscriptions” section there.
Then click on the “Unsubscribe” button that is located under the Subscription you want to suspend. Your subscription will be cancelled after the expiration of the current plan.
As soon as you’ve suspended your subscription, you’ll be able to see the date when all profile information will be deleted. Before this day, we save your details and you can restore a subscription without losing any data.
