How to reset a password? 

 
To reset your password, please go to the User’s Details and press the "Reset Password" button. In a second, you will be prompted to enter your new password into the designated fields. 



Please note that your new password has to meet the following criteria: 

  • It must be between 8 and 20 characters in length. 
  • It must contain at least one capital and small letter. 
  • It must include one or more numbers. 
  • It must contain at least one symbol or special character. 


After filling in your new password, you will need to confirm it by entering it again. If any of the above criteria are not met, the "Confirm" button will not be activated. Please ensure that all the information you have entered is correct before clicking "Confirm". 


Once you have successfully changed your password, you will receive a notification confirming the change.
