Workspace Starter: key points to know:

  • Full pack of Google productivity tools. 
  • 100-participant video meetings. 
  • 30 GB storage per user. 

Workspace Standard: key points to know: 

  • Free domain goes with a yearly subscription plan. 
  • You get a custom and secure business email. 
  • You can add users, join them into groups, and collaborate on Docs, Sheets, or Slides. 
  • Full pack of Google productivity tools. 
  • 150-participant video meetings + recording. 
  • 2 TB storage per user. 

Please note that the main differences between Workspace Starter and Standard are the enhanced storage, the number of participants in video meetings, and the ability to record.  

Workspace Plus: key points to know:  

  • Free domain goes with a yearly subscription plan. 
  • You get a custom and secure business email. 
  • You can add users, join them into groups, and collaborate on Docs, Sheets, or Slides. 
  • Full pack of Google productivity tools. 
  • 500-participant video meetings, plus recording and attendance tracking.  
  • 5 TB storage per user. 

Please note that this plan provides you with the ability to have increased cloud storage, allow more people to join your video meetings, record the meetings, as well as track attendance.
