Welcome to LedgerPeek! We appreciate your interest in our products and are happy to give you a hand with accounting! Here you'll find the main information about the subscriptions we currently have, so be sure to know the options to simplify your bookkeeping.
INBOX Start subscription is a useful tool for accounting that helps you to extract the main information from your documents and organizes it in tables. To make that possible, we have combined our knowledge with AI. That's why you simply need to upload your documents, we'll process them and send you the link. Clicking on it you'll be transferred to the "My Documents" section, where you can download the file with organized information.
You can get a monthly or annual INBOX Start subscription. The first one allows you to process 30 documents per month. However, if you need more, you can take advantage of the annual subscription that enables you to process 360 documents.
Accounting
Basic subscription provides you with monthly bookkeeping, quarterly VAT, and annual financial reporting. In simple words, once you get this subscription, we take your accounting needs on us and will keep your monthly bookkeeping.
Accounting+ subscription seems to be a pro version of Accounting Basic as it has the same features, however, during it, we keep track of your accounting week after week and prepare all the accounting documents that you need. Additionally, we'll supply you with tax declarations so that you could report your earnings and financial activities accurately.
Payroll Setup and Adjustments will help you to manage the process of paying your employees, which includes initial setup, hourly wages, bonuses, modifications to social insurance policies, and modifications of internal personnel policies.

It supplies you with monthly payslips, vacation tracking, and annual reconciliation of social insurance deductions alongside annual salary certificates for personal fiscal declarations.
Currently, the last payroll subscription that we have is Payroll for Expats. This one is taken to determine tax at source rates and comply with obligatory reporting. Overall, it helps you to complete the required forms for the source tax bracket determination, set up monthly deductions, fill out monthly source tax declarations, and comply with annual reporting requirements.
We also offer one-hour consulting services during which we find solutions for your accounting, legal and fiscal needs.
